1. Legal Compliance

The final Terms will be reviewed for alignment with applicable laws of India, which may include:

• The Indian Contract Act, 1872
• The Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules
• The Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934
• Applicable RBI guidelines relating to digital lending
• Any other applicable laws, regulations, or statutory amendments

Lender-specific terms, the KFS, and the loan agreement will be issued separately by the applicable regulated lending institution before any loan acceptance.

2. Definitions

jebSathi refers to the pre-launch technology platform, website, and any future LSP services.

User, Customer, You, or Your means any individual accessing or using the Platform.

Lending Partner refers to any bank, Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), or regulated financial institution that may provide loan products through the Platform.

Services include loan application facilitation, customer onboarding, verification, support, and other financial technology services offered through jebSathi.

3. Eligibility

To use the website or any future Services, you must:

• Be an Indian citizen or otherwise legally eligible under applicable laws
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally competent to enter into a binding contract
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and loan application

The legal minimum age for site or contractual use is 18. Any displayed product age range, including an indicative 21–55 range, is separate lender-dependent product criteria and does not guarantee eligibility or approval.

4. Nature of Services

jebSathi is being developed as a technology-enabled Lending Service Provider and is not a lender. If services launch, jebSathi may facilitate applications and related support for a regulated Lending Partner. Approval, sanction amount, pricing, repayment tenure, credit limits, and disbursal will be determined solely by that lender under its policies and regulatory requirements. No application facility is currently available, and future submission will not guarantee approval.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide true, complete, and up-to-date information
• Submit authentic documents only
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Promptly update any changes to your information

You are solely responsible for any loss arising from incorrect information or unauthorized use of your account.

6. KYC and Verification

If lender-enabled services launch, you may be asked to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification through legally permitted methods. Any required authorization or consent will be requested during the relevant journey. Failure to complete lender-required verification may prevent an application from proceeding.

7. Credit Assessment

If an application service launches, the applicable Lending Partner may request your specific authorization to:

• Access your credit history from authorized Credit Information Companies
• Verify information submitted by you
• Conduct risk assessment and fraud prevention checks
• Evaluate your loan eligibility

The scope and duration of any authorization will be disclosed when consent is requested.

8. Consent to Communication

If registration or application services launch, transactional communications may be sent through disclosed, legally permitted channels for identity verification, application status, servicing, repayment reminders, customer support, or regulatory notices.

Marketing communications will require any consent mandated by law and will include an appropriate opt-out route. Use of the current website does not itself constitute consent to promotional calls or messages.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with the jebSathi Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to collection, processing, storage, and sharing as described there and as required to provide our Services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Platform—including logos, trademarks, software, text, graphics, images, icons, designs, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to jebSathi. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

jebSathi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Delay in loan approval or disbursement
• Rejection of loan applications
• Technical interruptions or system failures
• Third-party services
• Unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control
• Force majeure events

Users agree to use the Platform at their own risk.

12. Suspension or Termination

jebSathi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access without prior notice if false or misleading information is provided, fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected, these Terms are violated, or required regulatory compliance cannot be completed.

13. Modification of Terms

jebSathi may update or revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be published on the Platform with the updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
