Who we are

Our mission is to make digital credit journeys clearer

jebSathi is developing technology and support workflows intended to help borrowers understand an offer, give informed consent, complete lender-required steps, and access support through a transparent digital journey.

jebSathi is not a lender. Under the intended model, the RBI-regulated lending institution will remain solely responsible for approval, sanction amount, pricing, tenure, disbursal, regulatory obligations, and the underlying credit exposure.

Our mission is to support responsible access to credit through clear disclosures, data minimisation, respectful servicing, and lender-controlled decisions. No loan service is currently available.

Technology approach

API-first and workflow-led

Our platform is designed as a modular web-based system connecting customer journeys, verification providers, risk signals, lender APIs, payment infrastructure, servicing workflows, and reporting.

  • Secure web-based customer and operations interfaces
  • API integrations with lenders and approved service providers
  • Configurable rules and eligibility workflows
  • Consent, audit trail, access control, and monitoring
Servicing and collections

Early reminders, easy repayment, compliant follow-up

Our planned servicing approach starts before the due date. Auto-debit, where expressly authorized and supported by the lender, is intended to be the primary repayment mechanism, with payment links and other permitted methods available as alternatives.

Permitted communication

SMS, email, WhatsApp, payment links, due-date reminders, and tele-calling may be used where appropriately implemented, consented to, and permitted by applicable rules and partner policy.

Failed-payment workflow

Payment failure → customer notification → authorized retry or alternate permitted payment method → payment confirmation. Every retry remains subject to valid mandate and applicable requirements.

Customer-first conduct

Clear communication, reasonable contact timing, accurate records, grievance support, and no coercive or misleading collection practices.

Partnership opportunity

Lending partners we are looking for

We are seeking RBI-regulated NBFCs and other eligible regulated lending entities with an appetite for digital, short-duration personal lending and API-based origination.

Our objective is to build long-term partnerships that combine responsible customer acquisition, technology-led operations, and lender-controlled credit decisions.
